THEODORE R. "BUTCH" JOHANSEN Obituary (1954 - 2016)

Theodore R. "Butch" passed away on July 30th, 2016. He was the Husband of Judy L. (nee Boyer), Father of John and Greg Johansen and Grand-father of Autumn Rose. He is also survived by his mother Anne Johansen, his sisters Linda Widdis, Kathy Fullam, Cheryl Johansen and the late Carol Hower. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Friday, August 5th at 11:00AM at the Malloy Funeral Home, 625 Byberry Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19116. The Funeral Service begins at 12:00 noon.
