STEPHANIE LYNN BREEN Obituary (1973 - 2016) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Stephanie L. (Zerbey) Breen, born Feb. 1, 1973, passed away after a courageous fight with lupus on Monday, May 9, 2016. Stephanie was the beloved wife of Sean M. Breen. They had been married for 16 years. Stephanie is also survived by her grandmother, Marjorie Hatcher; her devoted parents, Carol (Hatcher) and Bob DeCarlo; her sister, Shannon Campbell and her husband, Regan; and the joys of her life, Hayden and Regan Campbell Jr. Stephanie was preceded in death by her loving grandfather, Troy Hatcher. Stephanie leaves behind a large extended family and group of friends who loved her dearly and whose lives she touched deeply. The family would like to thank the many health care professionals who have supported and assisted Stephanie and her family during her illness. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation from 10 a.m. until the memorial service at noon on Friday, May 13, at the Chapel at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002. Interment will be held in Forest Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Stephanie's honor be made to The Lupus Foundation of America, 101 Greenwood Ave., Suite 200, Jenkintown, PA 19046.
