Patricia Fazen

FAZEN

Patricia (Pat) Fazen, 86, passed away on January 14, 2026.
Pat arrived into this world on December 13, 1939 in Philadelphia and was one of four
children born to John and Joanne Dillon.
Pat graduated from John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School in 1957. She married
Daniel (Dan) Fazen on January 18, 1958 in Philadelphia. Pat was a devoted wife to Dan
and they were happily married for 67 years. They were blessed with three children.
Pat was an avid gardener and reader. She and Dan attended St. Christopher’s Catholic
Church for over 55 years where Pat was involved in religious education and was a
member of the prayer group for many years. Pat thoroughly enjoyed spending time with
her children and grandchildren.
Pat is survived by her loving husband, Dan, her children, Pat (Rich) Kraus, Dan (Carole),
Maryanne (Brad) Cromwell and grandchildren Danny, Brian, Shane, Taylor, Julia, and
Brigid as well as her sister Joanne.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, John and Joanne, and her siblings John
and Regina Brown.
Viewing hours will take place on Thursday, January 22 at St. Christopher’s Catholic
Church, 13301 Proctor Road in Philadelphia from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment William Penn Cemetery.
