BELFATTO
Marina (Pavia) Belfatto, formerly Marina Santoro, age 90, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, peacefully passed away on July 22, 2026, with her son by her side.
Known simply as Mom, Mommom, and Gigi, Marina’s greatest joy in life was her family. Her love was constant, unconditional, and quietly selfless. She was the kind of person who would do anything for the people she loved, asking for little in return. Her family was her greatest accomplishment, and nothing brought her more pride than watching it grow through the generations.
She never missed a grandchild’s event, despite never driving a day in her life. Marina had a gift for making each person feel important and genuinely wanted to hear every detail of every experience.
Marina also expressed her love through her kitchen. Her baked ziti became a family favorite, bringing everyone together around the table and creating memories that will be cherished for generations.
A woman of deep faith, Marina was a devoted parishioner of Maternity BVM Church, where her faith remained an important part of her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Benito and Rose Pavia, and her loving sisters, Alice Stevens and Julia Heckman.
She is survived by her loving son, Nick Santoro and his wife, Betsy Santoro; her cherished grandchildren, Nicole, Alyssa, Jennifer, and Tyler; and her adored great-grandchildren, Mason, Kayleigh, Annabel, Lucy, Dexter, Graham, Luke, Lily, and Carson, who will forever carry her love and example in their hearts.
Relatives and Friends are invited to her visitation Wednesday July 29th 9:30 AM at St. John Bosco Church 215 E. County Line Rd. Warminster, PA 18974. Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
