Kathryn "Kathy" M. (nee Fitzpatrick) passed away on October 20, 2025 at the age of 78. Beloved Wife of 55 years to William W. Lee. Loving Mom of Deirdre Doneker (Harry) and William F. Lee (Stephanie Chua). Grandmother of Claire, Jack, Greg Doneker and Kathryn Lee. Sister of Charles Fitzpatrick and the late Joseph Fitzpatrick. Kathy trained and started her career in laboratory technology at Philadelphia General Hospital where she met classmates who became long-time friends. She later worked in the lab of Nobel Prize winner Dr. Baruch Blumberg at the Fox Chase Cancer Center and finished her career at the American Red Cross, retiring in 2011. She enjoyed summer days at the Jersey Shore, Broadway shows, and the company of her many friends and family. More than anything else she loved teaming with her husband to spoil her grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Tuesday November 4th 9:00 AM at St. Albert the Great Church 212 Welsh Rd. Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment will take place 1:30 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family recommends donations to Children's Hospital 3401 Civic Center Blvd. Phila., PA 19104.
