James L. Jr. passed away on October 14, 2024 at the age of 63. Loving husband of Adella Kelly. Devoted dad of Megan Cullen (Brandon), James Kelly III and Aidan Kelly. Pop of Braeden James Cullen, Morgan Cullen, Declan Kelly and Kieran Kelly. Brother of Ray Kelly, Michael Kelly (Eileen), Kathleen Bowling (Michael), Carol Kelly (Kenny Miller) and the late Maureen Griffiths (Eric). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday Evening October 21st from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM at the Reilly Rakowski Funeral Home 2632-34 E. Allegheny Ave. Phila., PA 19134 and Tuesday morning October 22nd from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM at Nativity BVM Church 2535 E. Allegheny Ave. Phila., PA 19134. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM.
