05 o1 o2 1/8 Heriberto "Eddie" passed away on July 2, 2016 at the age of 43. He was the loving husband of Siuremy (nee Velez); Devoted Dad of Sofia Rose Ortiz, Son of Vicente and Louisa Ortiz, Brother of Vicente Ortiz Jr., Katherine Ramos (Josue), Denise Cooper (Gerald) and Dennis Ortiz and Uncle of Joshua Ramos, Elias Ortiz and Jayden Ortiz-Muhammad. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday Evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Thursday Morning from 10:00 to 11:30AM at the Malloy Funeral Home 625 Byberry Rd. Phila., PA 19116.
