Dennis Brophy, of Langhorne, PA, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2016 with his family at his side, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.\n\nDennis was born October 4, 1946, in Philadelphia, to the late John and Gertrude Brophy. He enjoyed working on mainframe computers since 1966! He was a strong believer in the country and what it mean to be an America and relate that to the next generation. He was a patriot, a strong believer in what the founding fathers accomplished with the Declaration and the Constitution. He ahd strong belief that the country will improve tremendously over the next several years (as it did in the 80s) once we get rid of the amateurs in Washington today. He was a strong believer in competition in the education of children via charter and other alternative schools. \n\nHe enjoyed the annual Brophy trip to Ocean City, NJ with 70+ of his closest family members and friends.\n\nHe will be sadly missed by his coworkers at Molina Healthcare in Hamilton, NJ, where he said that he worked with the finest people ever.\n\nHe worked with so man good people in the IT computer business--too many to mention, working at about 15 places as an employee or independent contractor. He stayed in touch with people he worked with in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and so on. He would always say that he worked with people much smarter than himself. \n\nRelatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday 6 to 8 PM at the James J.
