Bernadette (nee Sitek) passed away on August 3, 2025 at the age of 78. Wife of the late Joseph O'Brien. Loving Mom of Sean O'Brien (Victoria), Beth Ann O'Brien (Francis Brunkel) and the late Thomas O'Brien (Denise Bonk). Grandmom of Harrison, Bowie and Ella. Sister in law of Rosemarie O'Brien (the late Jim). She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Bernadette was proud graduate of Little Flower High School Class of 1965. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Saturday August 9th 9:00 AM at the Reilly Rakowski Funeral Home 2632-34 E. Allegheny Ave. Phila., PA 19134.
