Agnes Lawlor\n\n\nAgnes Lawlor was a proud mother of five children Jimmy, Kathleen, Patrick, Michael, and Timothy Mulvenna. She is survived by two children Kathleen Rosas, Timothy Mulvenna, her Daughter in law Colette Salamon, and her Godchild Sharon Atkinson. She has six grandchildren who she loved more than life itself (Kaitlyn Schoneleiber, James Rosas, Patrick Rosas, Kyrstin Mulvenna, Michael Mulvenna, and Brooke Mulvenna). Aggie will be buried with her late husband Joe Lawlor. She was the daughter of Hugh and Agnes Dever. She lived for her family and her children. She loved her Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians club (L.A.O.H. 87), her Madison Club of Port Richmond, and the St. Anne's Guild. Some called her Mrs. Mulvenna, others Ag or Aggie and others The Queen Of The Jitneys. Many called her a Legend in Port Richmond, but she never saw herself as a legend. Ag was steadfast in the love, thoughtfulness, and care she gave to her friends and family, and especially to all the children she cared for throughout her life as a lunch mom at Mother of Divine Grace and St. Katherine of Sienna. Her grandchildren and her many adopted grandchildren were the center of her world. She was often seen carting around a car full of kids in Port Richmond. Ag loved deeply and was fiercely loyal and protective of those she cared for. She always spoke her mind, set the record straight no matter what, and Ag was never afraid to fight for what was right. She stood by her faith and beliefs with unwavering conviction. Agnes died on May 1, 2020 at the age of 82 after a battle with cancer. All services will be private.
